PrivateNexus doesn't have its own separate password — sign-in happens through your identity provider (Keycloak), and your session is kept alive for 8 hours before you need to sign in again. If you can't sign in, that's an identity-provider question first, not a PrivateNexus one.
- Check the dashboard — every service you (or your account) already has registered shows up here as a card, grouped by workspace. If this is a fresh account, this will be mostly empty — that's expected.
- Look at your role — what you can do depends on it. See Roles & Permissions if something you expect to click isn't there.
- Try the Catalogue — the fastest way to see PrivateNexus do something real is to deploy a template service. See Catalogue Deploy Flow.
- Check the Discovery queue — if PrivateNexus has been pointed at existing infrastructure, there's likely already a pending queue of things it found but hasn't registered yet. See Discovery.
Once you have a service or two registered, the rest of PrivateNexus is built around the same handful of ideas repeating:
If something feels inconsistent with that, it's worth checking the FAQ before assuming it's intentional.
